1. Who We Are

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Biterra website, platform, labs, CTF events, challenge content, and related services. Biterra Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16746893, with its registered office at 17 Barrington Grange, Powick, Worcester WR9 4QD.

2. Using Biterra

You must use Biterra lawfully and only for legitimate learning, training, competition, research, or event purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access systems without permission, or use challenge material to attack third-party systems.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Organisations and Events

If you create or manage an organisation, event, world, lab, or challenge on Biterra, you are responsible for the content you add, the people you invite, and the way you operate that activity. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any material you upload or publish.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans, subscriptions, or one-off purchases are billed through our payment provider. Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown at checkout or in your agreement with us. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Biterra, our branding, software, platform design, and challenge materials are owned by Biterra Ltd or our licensors. You keep ownership of content you upload, but you grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, and operate that content as part of the service.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Biterra will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may update, change, suspend, or withdraw parts of the service where needed to maintain, improve, or protect it.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biterra Ltd will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses caused by misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

9. Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Biterra, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described there.

10. Ending Access

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, create security risks, or fail to pay fees that are due. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
