Signing in and registering

Use the Customer Portal at ctf.biterra.co to create your Biterra account, sign in, and get to the parts of the platform you need. Most players need an account before they can register for an event, join a team, open the map, or follow other players and organisations.

  1. Open ctf.biterra.co.
  2. Enter your email and password, or click Sign in with Google if you registered with Google.
  3. After sign-in, use the sidebar to open Events, Feed, Labs, Worlds, or Organisation depending on your permissions.

If you signed up with Google, continue using Sign in with Google. If you created a password account, use the email/password fields. If you cannot remember the password, use the reset-password flow from the sign-in page.

Create an account

  1. On the login page, click Create one here (or go to the register page).
  2. Enter full name, email address, and password.
  3. Click Create account. Or use Sign up with Google to register with Google instead.

After signing in or registering, go to Events to find a world, register, create or join a team, and access the event when it is live.

Email verification

Some account actions, especially organiser workflows, may need a verified email address. Open Account settings to:

  • See whether your current email is verified.
  • Send or resend a verification email when available.
  • Start an email address change.
  • Resend or cancel a pending email-change verification.

For the full account flow, see Account settings.

Account and access notes

  • If an organiser sends you a direct event link, sign in first if the page asks you to.
  • Invite-only events may also ask for an event access code. That code is separate from a team invite code.
  • Workshop events can allow link-based play without creating an account, depending on the organiser's setup.
  • Organisation and billing management only appears for users with the right organisation role.
  • Signing in does not automatically register you for an event. You still need to register while registration is open.
  • Joining a team does not grant organisation membership.
  • Organisation membership does not automatically choose a team for you.
