Organisers
Biterra organiser work happens in two connected areas:
- Customer Portal - Manage organisations, members, roles, billing, worlds, event settings, world users, teams, boosts, and Labs access.
- World control panel - Configure and operate a specific world: challenges, categories, announcements, progression, dashboard metrics, and score logs.
Use the Customer Portal first to create or find the world. Click View details to configure settings, users, and teams. When you are ready to build the map and challenge flow, click Enter control panel.
Organiser workflow
- Choose the correct organisation from the organisation switcher.
- Check the organisation plan, limits, members, and billing if needed.
- Create or open a world from Worlds.
- Configure the world details: settings, access type, dates, users, teams, boosts, homepage content, and scoreboard options.
- Enter the world control panel to build the challenge experience.
- Add categories, challenges, Challenge Bank imports, progression rules, announcements, and score-log workflows.
- Test registration, access, map visibility, challenge submissions, and scoreboard behaviour before launch.
- During the event, monitor dashboard metrics, announcements, logs, teams, and support questions.
For a guided setup path, start with Run your first CTF. For a controlled teaching session, use Set up a private classroom event. Before sharing the event, run through Before you launch.
