Dashboard

The Portal Dashboard gives you an organisation-level snapshot after sign-in. Open it from the sidebar when you want to see what is active, what is coming up, and whether registration activity needs attention.

When to check it

• Check organisation-level registration counts and recent activity.
• See active events that are currently live.
• See upcoming events scheduled to start later.
• Review recent sign-ups for the selected organisation.
• Use the information to decide which world or event needs attention.

You do not configure event settings, create challenges, or manage teams from the Dashboard. Use Worlds for setup and the world control panel for live operations.

What you see

• Registrations - Counts for the last 30 days and 7 days, and total registrations.
• Active events - Events currently live.
• Upcoming events - Events scheduled to start later.
• Recent sign-ups - Latest registrations or recent registration activity, depending on the organisation data available.

This is organisation-level, so use it to spot broad trends rather than configure a single event. For per-world setup, go to Worlds, click View details on the world, then open Enter control panel. For live event operations, use the world control panel dashboard and logs.

How to use it

• Check Active events at the start of the day to see which events may need monitoring.
• Check Upcoming events to catch missing setup before registration or event start.
• Use registration counts to decide whether to review access settings, capacity, team size, or event promotion.
• Use recent sign-ups to spot unusual registration spikes or participants joining the wrong event.
