Dashboard

After you Enter control panel for a world, the Home tab shows the admin dashboard: live operational metrics for that event. You see challenge counts, category and difficulty charts, Active users, Active teams, and Event status. Use the toggles at the top to show or hide sections. For detail on each metric and how to use the dashboard, see Using the dashboard.

Use the dashboard to

  • Monitor live event status.
  • Review completed, unsolved, hidden, and timebomb challenge counts.
  • Review category and difficulty distribution charts.
  • See active users and active teams.
  • Show or hide dashboard sections with the toggles at the top.
  • Spot operational issues before moving into Challenges, Logs, or Progression Editor.

You do not register participants, invite users, or edit event dates from this tab. Those actions live on the Customer Portal world details page.

Use this dashboard during setup to spot missing challenge coverage, uneven categories, missing difficulty spread, and hidden/timebomb issues. During the event, use it to monitor participation, team activity, and whether the event appears live or ended as expected.

When to move to another tab

  • Use Challenges when counts suggest missing, hidden, or incorrectly configured challenges.
  • Use Progression Editor when hidden or locked challenges are caused by prerequisites or choice groups.
  • Use Logs when scores need review, approval, denial, or manual adjustment.
  • Use Announcements when participants need a clarification or time-sensitive update.
