Plans and billing

Your organisation's plan sets usage limits and feature access. Common limits include maximum worlds, maximum users per world, and included launch runtime minutes. Feature access can include Labs, custom branding, and custom subdomains depending on the plan and active boosts.

Where: Organisation switcher or Organisation in the sidebar, then open the organisation page and choose the Billing tab.

What you see on the Billing tab​

  • Current plan - Name of the plan and what it includes.
  • Limits - e.g. maximum number of worlds, maximum users per world, and included launch minutes. If you hit the per-world user limit, you can raise it for a single world with Boosts.
  • Next billing date - When the next charge or renewal is due.
  • Plan actions - Change plan, view plans and pricing, or cancel, depending on your access and subscription state.

Only organisation Administrators can see or change billing.

Changing plan​

  • Click Change plan or View plans & pricing.
  • Choose the tier you want and complete checkout.
  • New limits and features apply according to the checkout flow and subscription state. Some changes apply immediately; some may apply at the next billing cycle.

Cancelling​

  • If you cancel, the subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that date.
  • You can reactivate or change plan again before the period ends if you change your mind.

Custom or higher limits​

Exact tiers and pricing are shown in the Portal. For custom plans or higher limits, contact support@biterra.co. To raise user limit for a single world without changing plan, use Boosts.

Plan-gated world settings​

Some fields can appear behind plan gates or boost CTAs:

  • Company logo and world subdomain can require a plan with the matching feature entitlement or an active matching boost.
  • Launchable challenge instance settings are available globally; launch runtime is governed by included minutes and prepaid top-ups.
  • Labs access is organisation-plan dependent.
