Which plan fits which use case?
Free supports a small team running its first event.
Starter gives a growing group more participants and launch runtime without requiring a multi-cohort plan.
Basic fits teams running multiple groups or a larger recurring programme.
Plus fits established programmes that need substantially more capacity.
Professional fits large branded programmes that need more capacity and custom domains.
Enterprise fits larger deployments, partnerships, and tailored delivery requirements.
Plan-gated features in the product
Some world settings can depend on the organisation plan or an active world boost:
- World count: how many worlds the organisation can own.
- Users per world: how many participants a single world can support.
- Included launch minutes: how much monthly launchable runtime is included before prepaid launch-minute credits are used.
- Custom domains/subdomains: available on Professional and Enterprise in the pricing page.
- Company branding: branding fields can be plan-gated or boost-gated.
- Labs access: depends on the organisation plan.

Boosts vs plan changes
Use a boost when one world temporarily needs more capacity or one extra feature.
Change the organisation plan when the organisation needs the same limits or features across multiple worlds, or when the feature is organisation-wide.
